Meet the Team

Dr. Leah Dedrick

PT, DPT, CPT, CSCS, LSVT BIG

Leah graduated from Salisbury University with her Bachelors in Biology and Exercise Science in 2012 and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2016.

Leah started Leah Ashlee Therapy and Wellness in 2019 after working for several years in a high-volume clinic and seeing how our healthcare system does not allow patients to receive the care they truly deserve. She feels strongly about empowering clients to continue to learn about and care for their health and fitness beyond their injuries. Leah combines her physical therapy and fitness background to provide direct access and high quality care to her clients.

Leah is also a proud Maryland native and loves living on the shore. When Leah is not with clients, you can find her around town with her two (large) dogs, Allie and Winston, in her Jeep Wrangler with the Kent Island Jeep Club banner across the front.

Megan Colony

Administrative Assistant

Hi everyone! My name is Megan Colony. I am a Kent Island native, passionate about health and community service. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park and am pursuing a Master's in public health at George Washington University. I aim to improve women's health and contribute positively to our community.

In my free time, I'm either at the gym, hiking, kayaking, or volunteering at local animal shelters and environmental organizations.

With over two years of experience as a Physical Therapy Technician, I am excited for the opportunity to serve as an Administrative Assistant at Leah Ashlee Therapy & Wellness. This role will allow me to blend my passion for health and organization to assist Leah in delivering exceptional care to her clients.

I look forward to learning, growing, and making a meaningful impact. Here's to making our community a healthier, happier place for all!
